DWELL: 607 WEST 146TH SOLD IN MAY
Harlem Bespoke: A twenty-foot wide brownstone at 607 West 146th Street arrived on the market for the asking price of $3.2 million in January, was reduced to $3.1 million which procured a contract in March and now has sold for $3.15 million. As previously mentioned, this two-family house appears to be in good condition and has a lot of fantastic original details intact within.
The taste level for the renovations in the kitchen or baths fit well with the history of the home without being too literal. A local subway station is just block away on Broadway and 145th Street and there are plenty of dining options and cafes in the area to check out during the course of the day.
