Harlem Bespoke: Number 7 west 122nd Street arrived on the market last September with the asking set at $4.25 million which is one of the higher price points for uptown. The location in the Mount Morris Park Historic District is very desirable and there are a lot of original details within but the brownstone is technically a 4-family home. With that said, the express trains on Lenox and also the new Whole Foods are only 3 blocks away so a record sale might just come about just yet. More details and photos on Streeteasy: LINK
