Harlem Bespoke: Number 80 West 120th Street in the Mount Morris Park Historic District has been up on the market since last year for $2.975 million and now the 20-foot-wide brownstones has a contract out. This 3-family home has been chopped up into multiple apartments and everything has been gut renovated within but there are no original details to be found. With that said, the address is probably one of the most breathtaking blocks to found below 125th Street and Maya Angelou's house is just a few doors east. Express trains and Whole Foods are just a short walk north and many restaurants can be found around the corner on Lenox. More details and photos can be found on the broker site: LINK
