Harlem Bespoke: Clay on Manhattan Avenue by 123rd Street was the Bespoke pick for restaurant of the year in 2017 and now Forbes has a fantastic article out on the artisan eatery just around the corner from Morningside Park. Chef Gustavo Lopez and team serves up the best seasonal cuisine which includes daily pasta specialties that have all been made in-house. Those who have not tried out Clay should definitely make a reservation to experience one of the best uptown restaurants to debut north of 110th Street. More in Forbes: LINK
