BESPOKE: CIDER & KIMCHEE PAIRING AT MCNY

Wednesday, September 12th, 7:00PM-8:30PM, Cider & Kimchee Pairing at Museum of the City of New York, 104th Street and Fifth Avenue, $25 general admission.  MCNY continues the summer tasting series with a cider and kimchee pairing. Cider expert Daniel Pucci, New York’s own “pommelier," moderates as Madden and Warren share their products, cider made from fermented fruit, and kimchi, a traditional Korean side dish made from lacto-fermented seasonal vegetables like napa cabbage and Korean radishes.  More details and RSVP at the museum site: LINK
