Harlem Bespoke: We walked by the local market at the corner of 163rd on Broadway last week and noticed a unique use of signage that is seldom seen these days. The Liberato corner shop actually has a helicopter mounted out front with the logo of store emblazoned for all to see but can often be missed if one does not look up. This type of advertising appeared to have peaked in 50s so it is refreshing to see a bit of the past on this historic street corner.
