Harlem Bespoke: An SRO brownstone at 361 West 116th Street went up on the market back in May and now has a contract based on a reduced $1.699 million asking. Apparently this is at a lower price point considering that a Certificate of Non Harassment has not been procured and there are actually a couple of occupied units.
