Harlem Bespoke: The new construction at 111th Street and Lenox has been going up quickly in the past year and now has reached full height. Everything appears to be almost complete except the final facade and interior finishes which means everything might just be ready by the end of the year. There will be 27 units when everything wraps up but it is unclear if these will be for sale or become rentals.
