Harlem Bespoke: Construction at 145 West 129th Street halted about a decade ago but now things appear to be picking up. The brownstone located just east of 7th Avenue had 2 floors added on top back in 2008 but things did not move along further until recently. Some research on the DOB website reveal that new permits had been approved at the end of last year and 4 units will be the final layout within. This was a sad sight on the block for such a long time but now things are finally moving along.
