DWELL: 107 WEST 120TH STREET IN CONTRACT

Harlem Bespoke: Number 107 West 120th Street went back on the market in May for $3.895 million, was later in the month reduced to $3.45 million and now has a contract out. Some might remember that the renovated multi-family home in the Mount Morris Park Historic District was asking fro $5 million a couple of years ago which might have been a bit on the higher side.  As mentioned previously, this is a prime location just a short walk from the express trains on Lenox and very close to the new Whole Foods, so why the price reduction?  Homes that are in a single-family layout usually have a higher value but this townhouse has been split up into 6 apartments that currently have tenants.  Renovations are also on the moderate side also which might have been an issue.  More photos and additional details can be found on Streeteasy: LINK
