Harlem Bespoke:  One of the most notable townhouses on 122nd Street located just west of Lenox Avenue went up on the market for the asking of $2.9 million in January then was reduced to $2.7 million by July and now has a contract out.  We especially like the location in the Mount Morris Park Historic District but some of the interior details are still a mystery.

If the listing is accurate, then a lot of the original design elements are still intact within and everything is in a single-family layout.  With that said, the real estate company is not one we have heard of and the conditions of the kitchen or baths are not very apparent.  The assumption here is that a lot of work will be needed to get everything back up to date and running.  More details can be found on Streeteasy: LINK 2018
