Harlem Bespoke: The brownstone church at 262 Lenox by 123rd Street was up for sale at $3.5 million last October, was then reduced to $2.9 million shortly after and apparently quietly sold this summer for $2.625 million. As previously mentioned, this is a prime location within the Mount Morris Park Historic District and the address is right across from Whole Foods but will need a bit of work to polish things up. Currently there are 2 apartments on the upper floor and the main worship area on the lower level which will need a full renovation to get everything up to date.
