Harlem Bespoke: The SRO at 7 East 124th Street by the Mount Morris Park Historic District had an asking set at $3.7 million a few months ago and the price has since been reduced to $3.625 million. As previously mentioned, this brownstone faces the park, has a lot of original details but needs to be fixed up in a major way. Apparently the high price tag is justified because a Certificate of Non Harrassment is in place and the neighboring SRO sold for $2.15 million a couple of years ago. Developers with deep pockets might be interested in this one but buyers new to market will probably take a hard pass: LINK
