Harlem Bespoke: Neighbors were surprised to find out that the landmark townhouse at 730 St. Nicholas was being converted into a methadone clinic but have now successfully blocked that development with the help of local politicians. The historic home is in a residential part of Sugar Hill and many have pointed out that these type of establishment are disproportionally allocated to uptown neighborhoods.
