Harlem Bespoke: Number 468 West 142nd Street in Hamilton Heights arrived on the market in April at the lower $2.2 million asking price and now has a contract out. As previously mentioned, this discount is probably because the building has been divided into 4 apartments and a couple of them are occupied. Interiors also appear to be renter grade renovations and thus might also be a factor in the sales price. One of neighboring homes just a couple of doors down has a contract out based on $3.5 million but that building is in a 2-familly configuration with higher end finishes within.
