Harlem Bespoke: The new development at the Victoria Theatre site has really taken off since summer and this 26-story building located by 7th Avenue might just finish up by next year. Named after the historic theater on the lower level, the new $143 million Victoria development will feature a community commercial space, a hotel and even substantial affordable housing. Scaffolding has recently gone up to stabilize the older facade and a half dozen floors have risen above 125th Street. This will actually be the tallest building on 125th Street once completed and should truly be a sight to behold. More details on the Victoria can be found in our past post:
