CONSTRUCTION: SHAKE SHACK 125TH STREET FACADE
Harlem Bespoke: The forthcoming Shake Shack on 125th Street at the Corner of Fifth Avenue might just open at the end of November if things keep moving along quickly. We walked by this intersection in Central Harlem today and noticed that all of the plywood had been removed from the front facade to reveal new windows. Many might remember that this storefront used to be an Applebee's not so long ago and that the windows were not floor-to-ceiling like the recent addition. Wall finishings are currently being installed within and the interior space could finish up in the next couple of weeks or so. With that said, the stucco out front has to be painted and new signage also needs to be installed. Check out the original design renderings in our past post: LINK
