Harlem Bespoke: Number 228 Lenox by 122nd Street arrived on the market in April for $5.25 million, then the fixer upper in the Mount Morris Park Historic District had gone up to $5.6 million in July but then was removed from the market this past August. As previously discussed, the listing mentions that this is a commercial building and that the new owner would have to convert everything to a single-family home. There are original details intact and the new Whole Foods is just a couple of blocks north but at this price point, most buyers would probably expect a turnkey property.
