Harlem Bespoke: Number 253 West 121st Street went up on the market back in back in March for the asking of $3.5 million, had a contract out by April and closed slightly lower at $3.35 million in July. The location just around the corner from the FDB commercial corridor was probably the big attraction here and the gut renovated 2-family home is in turnkey condition. With that said, there is not a lot of historic charm within this brownstone but the express subways are nearby and Whole Foods is about a 10 minute walk north at 125th Street.
