Harlem Bespoke: Construction started at 145 West 110th Street back in April and now the development on Central Park North appears to be coming along quite nicely. All 11 floors of the building by 7th Avenue with park views have now risen and the 24 apartments should be available on the market by next summer. This location is also a block away from the express trains at Lenox so the condos should command quite a price. Check out the final rendering of the building in our past post:
