Harlem Bespoke: Shake Shack on 125th Street at the corner of Fifth Avenue will probably take another week to open based on the information we have received. Basically everything has finally been set up and this week will be mostly about training staff. With this in mind, it appears that a mid December debut will be happening so sometimes next week will be the big day. For more on Harlem's first Shake Shack, check out our past post:
