Harlem Bespoke: We announced back in April that Shake Shack will be opening on 125th Street at the corner of Fifth Avenue and it appears things are almost ready for the big debut. We walked by this intersection this morning and noticed that the officially signage was currently being installed. The 3,754-square-foot commercial storefront used to be an Applebee's not so long ago but now has been transformed into one of the city's top spots to grab a better burger. Staff training will probably be the happening in the next week so a grand opening date will be arriving sooner than later. More on the Shake Shack in Central Harlem can be found in our past post:
