Harlem Bespoke: We walked by 1890 Adam Clayton Powell last week and noticed that a new Italian restaurant was under construction just south of 115th Street. This section of 7th Avenue just north of Central Park does not have a lot of dining options so a solid ethnic eatery should do well when everything comes together. An Instagram account has already been set up for 23 Winehouse Italian Bistro which provides a preview for some of the dishes on the planned menu but an opening date has yet to be confirmed:
