Harlem Bespoke: All of the paper in the window at the new Shake Shack at the corner of 125th Street on Fifth Avenue has been removed to reveal a complete interior. Signage has also been installed in the past 48 hours and the new storefront in Central Harlem had a lot corporate-types inside today going over the final details. Training of staff should be happening quite soon so an opening in the next week or so will probably happen. For more on the design details of Shake Shack, check out our past post:
