DWELL: 146 WEST 121ST STREET REDUCED AGAIN

Harlem Bespoke:  An SRO brownstone at 146 West 121st Street by 7th Avenue arrived on the market for the asking of $2.2 million in November 2017, had a contract out in January 2018 but then returned to the market at the end of last year for $2.4 million.
