Harlem Bespoke: The old Taystee Bakery building at 450 West 126th Street by Amsterdam Avenue was demolished about 5 years ago and now a new building is starting to rise. Groundbreaking happened around last summer and now foundation is officially complete. This usually takes the longest time to accomplish and the development takes off quite quickly after the fact. We are not sure if any anchor tenants have been secured for the glassy 11-story commercial building but a brewery had been slated at one point in time.
