Harlem Bespoke: For some reason construction at 101 Morningside on Morningside Avenue by the corner of 123rd Street had made a lot of progress in 2017 but somewhat stalled in the middle of the past year. Now 2019 appears to be more auspicious since the facade work seems to be speeding along finally. The above photo taken today shows a brand new yellow primer hue out front and siding being installed at the taller tower. A local church had sold their property on the avenue side facing Morningside Park and will have space reserved for the house of worship when all finishes up. The rest would be condos from what we hear and could possibly be finished by the end of the year. More on 101 Morningside Avenue can be found in our past post:
