Harlem Bespoke: Number 323 East 116th Street went up on the marker in December for $2.699 million and has since been reduced to $2.499 million. This renovated townhouse by 2nd Avenue has been divided into a 6-unit layout with and has a small amount of original details within. Apparently the residence will be delivered vacant once sold and the 17-foot-wide brownstone might just be ideal for an investor. The 2nd Avenue Subway connection to East Harlem has not started construction yet so the nearest station is two avenues west over to Lexington Avenue.
