Harlem Bespoke: After having been abandoned for over a decade, Number 325 West 112th Street by Morningside Park finally started up renovations last summer and we received a little more detail on the final layout. The 2-unit townhouse located also by the FDB commercial corridor will actually be converted into condos and there will be a total of 6,100 square foot of space since the penthouse has been added on top. Apparently the local developer has restored a few brownstones in the area and has a good eye for classic details:
