Harlem Bespoke: The two-story historic building at 1614 Amsterdam Avenue by 139th Street facing City College is currently up for sale for $3.25 million. The rolling gate out front is usually down at the 10,000-square foot building and the address in Hamilton Heights has been mainly used for storage in recent times. With that said, this section of West Harlem has become a major foodie destination in recent years with the likes of Oso, Fumo, Clove Indian and The Grange anchoring the neighborhood so a commercial investment in such a retail building really makes a lot of sense.
