Harlem Bespoke: There was an announcement earlier in the year that Insomnia Cookies would be opening in Harlem and now the shop appears to be open at 17 West 125th Street just west of Fifth Avenue. Everything is baked in house and apparently delivered up until 3:00AM at night. We have not stopped by yet but the local cookie specialty shop apparently has a few locations in Manhattan and quite a following. More on Insomnia can be found in our past post:
