Harlem Bespoke: Insomnia Cookies has a few shops further south in Manhattan and now the specialty bakery will be arriving at 17 West 125th Street. This new location is just west of Fifth Avenue and not far from the new Shake Shack just further east. A red velvet cake shop had opened in the commercial space in the past and Buffalo Boss wings is right next door: LINK
