DWELL: 259 WEST 132ND STREET SOLD LOWER

Harlem Bespoke: The boutique brownstone at 259 West 132nd Street was originally up for sale last summer at the asking of $2.3 million, then was reduced to $2.25 million in October had a contract out by December and Streeteasy has reported a closing price just a bit lower at $2.2 million.  As previously mentioned, there are 3 units which have all been renovated with an eye for details and the garden level has also been beautifully restored.  West 132nd Street between 8th Avenue and 7th Avenue has probably seen the most renovations in the past 5 years or so and is located in close proximity to the express trains and the new Whole Foods on 125th Street.
