Harlem Bespoke: An SRO brownstone at 361 West 116th Street went up on the market back in May of 2018 and had a contract out based on a $1.699 million asking by summer but that deal fell through by the end of the year. The townhouse then returned in January with lower price set at $1.35 million and now new contract has currently been signed. Apparently this is at a lower price point considering that a Certificate of Non Harassment has not been procured and there are actually a couple of occupied units.
