Harlem Bespoke: Marcus Samuelsson has been hosting Harlem EatUp! 2019 all this week and has worked with Sugar Hill Creamery on a Flavor of the Week called appropriately Marcus' Berbere Swirl. We dropped by the artisan ice cream shop on Lenox by 119th Street this week and tried out the confection which is a vegan roasted pineapple sorbet with Berber caramel swirled throughout. There was not too much of a swirl with are particular tasting but the unique pineapple flavor did shine through.
