Harlem Bespoke: The landmark townhouse at 244 Lenox by 122nd Street had been under scaffolding in the past year and now the historic facade has been revealed. The roof appears to be brand new and the bricks out front have been power washed for a bright finish. Most of the inside apparently went under a gut renovations from what we can see and the address is actually part of an affordable housing lottery that had been up earlier in the spring:
