Harlem Bespoke: The townhouse with the front door cast iron dragons at 357 West 122nd Street was on the market for $3.3 million back in January, had a price reduction to $2.75 million with a new broker in March and now has a contract out. As previously mentioned, we always admired this intact block around the corner from Morningside Park which has great architecture and is also close to the lower FDB by commercial corridor by the express train station on 125th Street. There are also some original details within and the house has many modern upgrades. With that said, the brownstones at this part of Harlem tend to be a little more on the modest in size and this townhouse is in a two-family layout.
