Harlem Bespoke: Back in May we announced that Ginjan Cafe will be arriving to the Corn Exchange building at the corner of Park and 125th Street and now an official announcement has been made. Those walking by the local landmark will notice that the signage had changed at the East Harlem location in the past week and everything appears to be set for a July opening. We especially like that Ginjan is a local family startup that sells fresh-pressed juice drinks to Whole Foods and this cafe will definitely be transformative to the eastern commercial corridor on 125th Street.
