Harlem Bespoke: We saw that the windows had been open at The Expat which is the new asian gastropub on Tiemann by Claremont Avenue in Manhattanville and it looks like things are almost finishing up. The setup is mainly a large square bar that takes up most of the front space and everything looks pretty cozy in a traditional izakaya sort of way. Signage still has not been place out front but we suspect an opening will happen within the next couple of weeks or so at this location just south of 125th Street.
