Harlem Bespoke: The new construction at the corner of 135th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue just barely broke ground back in February but now it appears that everything has pretty much topped off. For some strange reason this corner had been an abandoned lot for decades and the address is located right in front of the subway station entrance. There is also the fact that St. Nicholas Park is directly across the street so this development should do well when everything finishes up next year.
