Harlem Bespoke: A Mount Morris Park Historic District brownstone at 109 West 122nd Street arrived on the market in February for an initial asking set at $2.499 million, then was reduced $2.424 million by March, had a contract out in April and now is back on the market. This townhouse is listed as a 2-family home and reportedly has original details intact within but no interior photos are currently available. Therefore it is unclear if there is a lot of work needed for the space and the images provided such as the one above appears to be staged by photoshop. With that said, the 19-footwide home has great bones and is located a short walk aways from the express trains on 125th Street which is also next to Whole Foods.
