DWELL: 150 WEST 120TH STREET OFF MARKET
Harlem Bespoke: Numer 150 west 120th Street in the Mount Morris Park Historic District was sold several years ago and some developers might have decided that the old interior should be a gut renovation but everything has been restored beautifully to a single-family layout. All of the woodwork has been stripped of inches of paint and the wall mouldings are even in place within the brownstone which over the months had several price reduction starting from $3.995 million in April to finally in June to $3.595 million but has now has been taken off the market as of August. This level of architectural detail in newly restored condition is rare to find these day and the landmark location is one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Harlem but it appears the timing might not have been right this time around.
