Harlem Bespoke: A four-family brownstone at 207 West 136th Street arrived on the market for the asking of $2.4 million back in April of 2018, then the 4-family was reduced to $2.2 million a year later and now has a contract out. As previously mentioned, there are only a few original details within and the status of the leases are unclear from the listing. Express subways are a 5 minute walk away on Lenox and this block located west of 7th Avenue has mostly intact architecture.
