INTRODUCING: GINJAN CAFE OPENS ON 125TH STREET

Harlem Bespoke:  We walked by the Corn Exchange Building at the corner of 125th Street at Park Avenue yesterday and noticed that Ginjan Cafe has finally opened.  Signs were up this past May announcing the first business to set up at the landmark building on the east side and it was soon revealed that the local two brothers behind Ginjan organic ginger juice drinks have come up with the coffee shop concept.

African coffee, specialty drinks, teas and the original exhilarating ginger pineapple elixer are the star of the show and the interior is the perfect space to hang out while waiting for the trains at the Metro North next door.  This is just the soft opening for the spacious 30-seater right now and the full menu has not been set but there are pastries at the counter along with made to order sweet crepes.  Also expect weekend brunch when the beer and wine menu arrives and later evening hours.  Make sure to drop by 7:00AM to 7:00PM to support this amazing new space with grassroots in Harlem.  Ginjan ginger juice drinks actually received a startup grant from FedEx back in 2016 thanks to online voter and has since expanded sales to Whole Foods: LINK
