INTRODUCING: HARLEM CORN IN SEPTEMBER
Harlem Bespoke: We have seen corn growing this year at a local community garden but one batch can be found doing pretty well in the late summer season on 125th Street. Old sidewalk tree plots just east of Amsterdam have been used as miniature public gardens as of late but the country crop was the surprising new foliage of the season. Sunflowers have also been popular uptown in the past few years but vegetable vegetation of this kind is apparently newest trend in local agriculture: LINK
