The Harlem Collective which is definitely good news for local businesses. Some might remember the community work space which basically opened back in 2015 across the street just half a block north from the current construction site.
Apparently an expansion is in the works and the demand for co-office spaces seem to be still very much a needed resource in the neighborhood. There was also news that a coffee shop will be opening at this second site which should also be a game-changer for the block. More on The Harlem Collective can be found in our past post:
