debuted back in 2015 at the former Mountain Bird space in the middle of 145th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues but is now up for sale for $175K. The full package apparently includes the physical property of what is in the restaurant which has a classic aesthetic and also the remainder of the 6 year lease set at $2,300 a month. Doors are still open for events since a live performance has been listed on the official
