Harlem Bespoke: The foundation work had been picking up speed at 201 East 125th Street this past summer but we never expected a 400-unit building to start rising so quickly. We walked by the corner of 2nd Avenue in the past week and noticed that 3 floors have already been built and things are moving along really quickly. There is also a new digital rendering post on the development called One East Harlem which shows the affordable building in a more realistic light. Announcements mentioned that 300 units will be below market rate and the completion date should be somewhere in 2021 which looks to be accurate. More details in our past post:
