DWELL: 134 WEST 121ST STREET SOLD IN NOVEMBER

Harlem Bespoke:  Number 134 West 121st Street by Lenox Avenue went up on the market in January for $3.2, then the SRO had been reduced to $2.8 million by March, had a contract out by August and records now show everything closed for $2.7 million in November.  As previously mentioned, the 20-foot wide ornate brownstone is in the Mount Morris Park Historic District and has a lot of original details intact.  There is also a Certificate of Non Harrassment officially in place which will help expedite the renovation process and the express subway station is a short 4 blocks away on Lenox by 125th Street.  Whole Foods has also opened up in the neighborhood which has some of the more notable record selling townhouses in Central Harlem.  More photos and details can be found on Streeteasy: LINK
