Harlem Bespoke: Zaro's Bakery just opened the East 125th Street location just east of Park Avenue yesterday and we were able to stop by and take a look. This New York Bakery has been around for many decades and makes everything out a factory in the Bronx before shipping the freshly made goods to locations all over the city. There are a lot pastries, donuts or cookies to choose from be we especially like the bagel station which serves up sandwiches to go. There only are about a dozen seat at the front of the shop which includes four small tables facing a banquet wall and the window bar area so the space is really more for those on the go. The east side of 125th Street is now just starting to attract more businesses in the past year or so and the current construction boom should add to that in 2020.
